Opt for foods like red apples, fresh salmon, berries, green salads, almonds, etc. They are enjoyable foods which look very nice and more importantly they are really nourishing.
Exercise is also really crucial when it comes to losing weight. You cannot miss it out if you want to do well with your weight loss. Exercise has the effect of boosting your metabolism (burns off calories faster) and will also promote stronger muscles. Building up muscle = more muscle which means your body will burn up more calories while at rest. You can do anything, from jogging in the park or on a treadmill to merely taking a leisurely walk. Whatever you do just make it pleasurable, otherwise you won’t stick with it.
