Even after they retire, many sportsmen still stay fit and healthy and we all wonder how they do that. Always there is a question in our mind, about their food? Do they even drink beer? They definitely do workout quite often. Quite a bit of football players were asked these questions recently and to which most of them answered swimming. Hence I recently bought swimming pools and automatic pool cleaners because I seriously can’t be asked to clean it manually every month.

Few of my friends are sports journalists, and they get to visit and interview big names in sports whenever there is a big tournament. They asked few questions to tennis players in Wimbledon on their diet and how they keep fit. Most of them recommend swimming in their daily time. Yes they do go to the gym but they say gym is to increase the strength and to relax their body and mind they use swimming.

My other friend was lucky enough to goto South Africa for the World cup and interviewed some footballers. Yes indeed he was very lucky. Regarding the fitness the football players gave similar sort of answers as tennis players which included swimming. Some football players and tennis players have swimming pool in their property for them to enjoy it any time they want. They did tell me that it is absolutely crazy to clean the swimming pool though. And They have no clue about swimming pool filters and swimming pool chemicals business hence they have a cleaner who comes and cleans the pool every week. Only If I had that sort of money coming in every week, I would be doing the same.

Now you know that sportsmen do not have any special technique to stay fit and health, they do the same thing as we do but do it constantly.
