With the credit crunch now in full swing people are very worried about spending any sort of money lately. There is no way that people these days are going to be thinking about going abroad.

With the recent studies that show airlines can fold at any times people are scared of getting stranded abroad. But in my personal opinion now could be in fact the best time to go to any selection of all inclusive holidays and I will tell you why.

1) A Lot of stores are panicking, I only went into a travel agents a few weeks back and they gave me a huge price and said if you find it cheaper on our site come back and book it here. I stated what is the point of coming back and she said to help keep the shops in business. So basically in 2009 you can probably grab a much cheaper holiday than it was in 2008.

2) If you do decide to go abroad this year on a selection of any family holidays then I would definitely take advantage of it because the hotels abroad will probably be a lot less busy then they were in 2008 simply because everyone is staying put. You will end up getting a lot of benefits which include better food and drinks.

There financial downturn is not as bad as people make out, if you constantly look at the negatives of things it will make you go mad. Do not just listen to the negative opinions of the press because they tend to always look on the bad side of things.
